SPINACH AND RICOTTA CANNELLONI

A satisfying supper, made from tubes of cannelloni, stuffed with spinach and ricotta, resting on a bed of homemade tomato sauce, topped with a silky béchamel sauce. Topped with mozzarella which when cooked oozes onto your plate

Oven roasted butternut squash in a gently spiced spinach and chickpea sauce. A hearty meal, that the whole family will devour.
